I would definitely recommend Karen for anyone who needs a healing and relaxing massage session. The sound therapy was amazing.

I saw Karen at her lovely welcoming premises for a Sound Healing session, hoping for healing on my right knee. I am due for a knee replacement very soon and am not keen about having it so I was asking for a miracle to be sent to me via Karen from a Higher Power.

I went into the session knowing that miracles can happen if you believe and open yourself to it.

Karen's session was mind blowing! I was warm and comfortable lying on my back, fully clothed, on her massage table and with an eye pillow over my eyes. She begins the session with her playing a drum as she circles the table. I was amazed I could feel the vibration through my feet! What followed was a vast array of musical instruments and sound producing 'objects'. I soon floated away into a deeply relaxed state and just watched the sights my mind put up for me to see as my body submitted totally to the amazing sounds entering into it. Time has no meaning as your senses are experiencing it all. The Young Living essential oils are gently inhaled from her hands lowered in front of your nose as she whispers, "inhale deeply" as the heavenly aromas entered into my body, working their magic within every cell.

The Reiki healing heat from her hands was like a fire and so effective as she gently placed her hands on my feet, knee, shoulders and head.

At the completion of this amazing experience, I emerged feeling fully refreshed and renewed.

I would suggest clearing your diary on the day of your visit so you can continue this relaxed state for longer and allow it to fully envelop.

Its 2 days after my session now and my knee feels 80% better. I have not felt the need to take my normal pain medication and anti-inflamitory drug at all.

Our Year 11 class went on a Health and Beauty excursion to Coffs Harbour. There we had a talk and healing session with Karen. She gave us an education session on the nature and benefits of essential oils, which we were able to smell, apply and create our own perfume. We were treated to a daily energy healing, a meditation and and a sound healing, all of which proved relaxing and invigorating. Karen was very personable and down-to-earth, which made our discussion with her very easy and comfortable.
